Getting There

Glassel is approx. 18 miles or 25 minutes drive west of Aberdeen. You may prefer to get the free bus to the Gig, full details below.

Signs for Glassel can be found on the Banchory - Aboyne A93 and Banchory - Torphins A980.

There will be buses available (on a first come, first serve basis) at the close of the event to the following destinations: Aberdeen, Culter, Drumoak, Crathes, Torphins, Lumphanan, Tarland, Aboyne and Ballater. Cost approx £5.

WestHill Minibus

The Westhill & District Community Minibus is doing return runs from the Westhill /Kingswells area to the Glassel Gig. Cost will be £7 return, £4 single. To book, phone David on 744058 (after 7pm evenings ) , or email bus@westhill.org.uk
